Writer/editor, award-winning photographer Claire Eddins collects gems, horses, and obsesses over all things home, art, and design.

Claire Eddins has worked as a newspaper columnist and in corporate publications and public affairs where she managed company, media, and public communications for a multi-billion-dollar communications contract. She was a partner/owner in a public relations consulting firm representing Fortune 500 clients and has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations. Claire is an award-winning photographer with two solo exhibitions to her credit, and her corporate design and illustration work has been published by many businesses. Moreover, she was once owner/manager of one of the largest equine facilities in New England – "a wonderful hobby gone wild," she confesses. Today, Claire writes fiction as well as non-fiction and is a member of the professional mystery authors group Sisters in Crime. Also, she is an Accredited Jewelry Professional working toward her Graduate Gemologist degree at the Gemological Institute of America, and is a member of The American Society of Jewelry Historians.
